After independence in 1947, All India Khilafat Committee was declared a public trust by the City Civil Court at Mumbai in Suit No.1965 of 1958; it appointed a Board of Trustees to manage its affairs. For the last three decades Dr. Rafiq Zakaria eminent scholar-politician, had been its chairman. The College Computer Lab occupies 20 PCs with internet connections. The students-teachers access the computer lab as per their requirement of information.

The College has an air-conditioned conference room with a large table and adequate seating facility. The conference room is used to conduct closed-door meetings of various committees and for special guests.
